Free Shipping has the same delivery time frames as standard shipping. You can choose Standard Shipping if your order does not qualify for Free Shipping.
The time frame for delivery of products usually varies from 2-3 weeks after your order is processed. It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. If you purchase more than one item per order, deliveries may be made separately on different dates, depending on the carrier’s delivery method and product availability.
We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding: U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO addresses if not in the Continental United States. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for delivery. Duties or taxes (determined by U.S Customs and Immigration) may apply, which the recipient is responsible for paying on receipt. Certain products cannot be shipped to US destinations.
International Shipping
Currently we ship to: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and The United Kingdom.
It usually takes between 4-8 weeks for delivery. Duties or taxes (determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies) may apply, which the recipient is responsible for paying on receipt.
Certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
To track your order, log into your account and enter the tracking code.
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered at the time of purchase within 7 (seven) business days after processing your order. Our products are imported from Europe and Asia. Being an international order, delivery takes a little longer.
If your product is taking longer than the stipulated time, please check the tracking code. If you do not know the code, get into your account, and search for the order you want to track, the tracking code will be displayed on the order details. In most cases, delays happen when the product is held at Customs due to inspections by the Internal Revenue Service. Don’t worry, your product will arrive at your home.
