Returns

We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation.

Any request to cancel or return a product, as well as any malfunction, order divergence, or defect registration, must be made directly through our return form within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the product. Exclusions may apply.

RETURN POLICY (Domestic Shipments only)

General: Most items may be eligible for return for a refund up to 10 days after receiving the order with proof of purchase.

A $6 charge for return shipping will be deducted from your refund for orders purchased in Canada and the Continental US. For returns on international orders, please contact us.

If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged if opened:

At MIKHA we want to ensure all our products are of the highest standard for quality. As a result, some products are final sale for safety, health, hygienic and other reasons. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened in any way:

  • Earrings


Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on Sale, Black Friday
  • Gift Cards
  • Special orders
  • Custom jewelry
  • Engraved items

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 

Final sale items are not limited to the products above. If an item is final sale, it will be reflected on the item page at MIKHA.

The shipment of products to MIKHA must be done via USPS.

Attention! To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must be returned with a copy of the invoice
  • The product must be returned with no signs of use or consumption, that is, the way it was received
  • The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it

Important

We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

The client must refuse to receive the order if the package is open or damaged.

The following may generate disapproval in the analysis of the product’s condition: absence of the defect pointed out by the customer, signs of improper use, signs of accidental damage or natural wear and tear resulting from use.

The exchange of products will only occur in case of malfunctioning or damage in transit and only if there is availability in stock. Exchanges will only be made for items of the same model and registration.

REGRET/WITHDRAWAL

If the customer regrets the purchase made before the order is delivered, simply refuse to receive the merchandise at the time of delivery and contact us to begin the process of refunding the amount paid. The amount paid will be refunded discounted the return shipping fee, once the order returns to MIKHA’s distribution center.

If the customer regrets the purchase made after receiving the order, the withdrawal must be registered with our customer service team within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the order.

The shipping costs for returning the product to our distribution center is $6 for order purchased in Canada and the Continental US. For returns on international order, please contact us. The product must be sent in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice, manual and all accessories, with no signs of use and without violation of the original seal/label.

The authorization to cancel the purchase will be confirmed within 5 (five) working days after analysis of the received product.

MALFUNCTION/DIVERGENCE IN THE ORDER

The record of malfunction or divergence found in the products purchased in the online store must be made via form within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product.

The shipping costs for returning the product to our distribution center is $6 for order purchased in Canada and the Continental US. For returns on international order, please contact us.

The product must be sent wrapped in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice, manual and all accessories, and have no signs of use, nor violation of the original seal/label, following the instructions given by the customer service team.

If the product purchased is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase.

The customer must fill out the form with the information below:

  • Product name
  • Order number
  • E-mail registered in the purchase
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Image or video evidence of product defect, if any

After confirming all the questions about the return of the product, we will inform you of the address to return the product to and we will reimburse you for the amount paid for the product discounted the return shipping fee.

REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Credit card chargeback: this chargeback may appear in up to two invoices after the completion of the return by the payment gateway.

Virtual Wallet: the transfer can be made within 10 (ten) business days after the release of the product by the sector responsible for analyzing the guarantee.

IMPORTANT: THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY’S ACCOUNT.

Promotional “buy, pay and win” and “gifts”: For a fiscal impediment, in case of withdrawal of one or more of the products of the order participating in the policies of “buy, pay and win” and “gift” the order must be returned in full.

If the customer opts for a GIFT VOUCHER: The voucher will be credited to your account within 10 (ten) business days after the release of the product by the sector responsible for analyzing the warranty. The gift certificate generates credits for the customer to use in our online store, thus being able to choose another product in it. The voucher will be issued only in the name and ID of the buyer and will be valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
